If that is the case it can't just be me experiencing it.

Completely unrelated TOB on my truck. First start of the morning, and it was super light pressure to press it to the floor. Nearly no effort. After some time driving, it would become extremely stiff, requiring a LOT of leg effort and pressure. Changed line sizes, used heat shielding on the lines near the engine. Nothing corrected it. I called engineering at Tilton, and they had never heard of it. A strange anomaly.

Glad-ish to see someone else having come across this issue. Even it is it on a different TOB. The physics are still doing something similar.

Ya sounds to be the same issue. If it's not a fluid issue was thinking possibly aluminium parts expanding? Just throwing that out there.

maybe a master cylinder issue. maybe starting to bind as it warms up or from use? seems like to good place to start if everything else in new.

    Replace that as well.

Again. For mine, I have a T56 transmission. Different TOB, but same issue.

When I swapped from the Titlon to the GM TOB. Then it was even and smooth.

The question is what are the differences.

@Torspd how do you like that t56? is that in a different truck than the 4x4 on your insignia?

    In the insignia truck.

It was amazing until I over torqued it. Lesson learned. Poly mounts on engine first. Didn't like the torsional stresses one bit. Great transmission. Needs a refresh.

It isn't. Was intending to mate an AWD transfer case to it. Haven't gotten there yet.

Just heard back from Clutchmasters. They recommended bleeding it again. I had it installed at a shop and when chatting with them it sounded like it was bled thoroughly but I will confirm.

They did yes. He did mention he wished they had put the fitting at the 12 o'clock opposed to the the 10 for ease of bleeding. Hopefully that's all it is. I'll get them to bleed it again.
