    stupid as fuck.

if mine goes into labor before july 08, i dont know what we are going to do with our 2.5y/o...we don't have anyone that could be at our house in less than an hour and a half to watch her, and i'm not trying to deliver a baby on the way to the hospital or at home waiting on a babysitter. guess they'll either let her in with us, or momma will be delivering a baby without me :( ... not sure how well that will go over with her considering she works at the hospital where the baby will be delivered.

I was just making a supercharger reference. I'll wait to have a public interaction with him before talking shit. Although I did buy some shit from him this morning. Excellent customer service, fast shipping, great seller, 10/10, would boink.

That is tricky. We were wondering how to plan what to do with our dog, sorta similar situation. What we ended up deciding was my mother in law would come to stay with us for a couple of weeks around that time to help out in prep for the baby and watch the dog. Once we come home from the hospital she'll leave for a couple of weeks to give us space, then come back once I return to work.

Having in-law's/parents that weren't dead/psycho would be a huge help. Ask me how I don't know.

If you were closer I would gladly take Tony. He would get spoiled here. Guaranteed.

yeah the hospital is 45mins away without traffic, so if she goes into labor there won't be much time to hang around the house.

I got lucky with my in-laws, they're lovely people.

He would have so much fun with his greyhound friends. Which reminds me, blue spring kennel in MD. She only houses greyhounds and it's like $25 a day to board. We took tony there a lot and he absolutely loved it, and we felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. You know, in case you needed that info lol

We delivered at a hospital an hour away. "Don't worry" everyone said. "This is your first baby this will take HOURS" everyone said. Damn near had a car baby.

well our first was 5 weeks early, emergency c-section right after the routine doc appointment. I barely had time to get to the hospital from my work.

this is our second, but since she never went into labor the first time, who knows...due date is July 12, and we have a scheduled c-section on July 08...but the baby could decide to exit the womb before then, never know.

Fancy was there in March. The owner was absolutely amazing. We're definitely using her from now on.

If I've learned anything in the last 4 months of fatherhood, it's that you don't know.

She's like a crazy cat lady but for greyhounds. I was really sad that we couldn't use her anymore once we moved. So far we haven't had to board him yet down here.

Our dog walker offers "in house boarding" so they'll walk them late at night and then again early morning (like 10pm and again at 6am) but the dog stays alone overnight. I was hesitant at first to try this but have done it a few times now and tony don't care. It's been when I'm campin or wheeling and Kara is working overnight. So they'll let him out before bed and she'll be home in the morning to let him out.

That's good that he doesn't care. Fancy would have kittens. She's a definite Velcro dog.
