    I bought this house, my first house, 3 years ago "as is" to renovate and make money on. paid like 67$/sqft because it needed fully updated. I'll be able to make too much money on it to justify keeping it honestly lol

    Even if the overall market does take a dip, I don't see greater Huntsville having much of a slow down, and definitely not a decline. The demand is just too high because of all the high paying jobs here. My wife are looking to upgrade and can't find anything. The only one we found that was decent was 3300 sqft on 3 acres for $615,000 :eek::eek::eek:

    19155 Tammy Leigh Drive in Athens is a fixer upper's dream. 3.5 acres, 2 story, 4300 sqft. in a cul-de-sac on a nice quiet street. Only problem is that it is surrounded by hundreds of trailers. :gossip:
