    Anyone have contractor recommendations?

Looking to do a relatively basic (in the grand scheme of things) home addition.

Basic scope: either modify or scrape my current single car garage. Build a 2+ garage with a master suite over it.

I already have some basic designs drawn up. Just looking to get bids. And not the type of person that calculates total sq ft then multiplies it by finished price per square ft. Half of it is a garage.

    Thanks.

My hypothesis is the station I have used the last two times to fill it, seemingly filled it a bit much. They use and old scale and then write the amount dispensed on scrap paper to bring inside to pay.... They are all over built so it withstands the extra half gallon of fuel or so they put in it. I use it as a back up at home and to camp and it needs a fill once a year for camp cooking... I'll test it out somethere else next go around

Would any of you be willing to lend me a floor jack and some jack stands this weekend?
Brake parts should be coming in on the 18th and I'm gonna need her up for it. Don't have my own because there's no room in the apartment.

Shoot me a PM if you want to work something out.

    Thanks.

I'm sure someone has some harbor freight death stands that you can use.

is that 4.7 capable of both hauling the camper (1000lbs loaded) and flat towing the Tacoma without too much issue? I'll be dropping the rear drive line on the Tacoma for towing.

Technically anything is possible. The question should be how fast do you have to get there? Colorado DOT only cares about GVWR and GAWR for legal tow limits well and no CDL total limit of 26,001 lbs.

No hurry on getting there. Just wanna wheel it while the camper sits. Thanks!

This summer as in 2020? Haven't been, Bushducks has no report date or comments but says closed, and Lake County currently says closed, may be worth a call.

I was in that area two weekends ago and it seemed ready to try it... I didn't go up the frying pan that far but what I did go up was not as covered in snow as I'd expected. And the river was not raging like the others in the area such crystal leadville side may be another story

Thanks. Going to give them a call but at least turquoise is open. Looks like we’ll have to go around instead of taking Hagerman

I was up there last weekend. After the tunnel, the snow drifts became increasingly more frequent and deep. There was also this, which looked like the victim of a landslide:

Edit: I didn't go very far past the parking area after the tunnel...maybe half a mile past that. I turned around since I was by myself.
