    All you guys saying this earlier made me recall that its a known fact that men dont want to go to the doctor (for all the reasons you guys already stated). My wifes dad is one of those and I worry one day hes going to be like stage IV and be Fd because he never got checked out. There are a ton of clinics around that have doctors that you can get a physical at and many if not all health insurance plans have a FREE ANNUAL PHYSICAL included in them, because its seen as preventative maintenance for your health and can help you track your baselines and note changes. Take advantage of the free* shit in your health insurance plan (*you typ pay something into it but why not get what you ALREADY paid for?) I turn 30 this year and I like to get my annual physical (mostly to see my changes on the scale haha) but also to track my blood work etc.

    Dont get discouraged man, as others have said you will get it back, you gotta stick with it. get back into your routine and keep working on yourself. Some days will be easier than others and some days will feel like a grind but every day you get to work out is a good day (or at least thats what I tell myself)

    Fitness update: I am still working up in weight and noting weak spots in my squats again, gotta keep working on my glute activation and just keep squatting heavy. Ive fallen off in some handstand training but im proud of myself for sticking with my lifting. I did manage the some recent PRs in bench and OHP. Also on my chinups I dont have to jump these days, I can kind of rock off my heels and do a calf raise and thats enough momentum to get me above the bar, so thats improvement. I hadnt been on here in a bit so it took me a while to catch back up on this thread.

    Race results are in. I didn’t eat shit. I PRed. 1st in my age group. Finished top 10. Didn’t snap a knee on any of the steep inclines or declines.

    I just have to say though, I fucking hate short distance racing. It sucks. Even worse is short distance trail racing.

    Finally, my gym opens back up today. Hoping I don't get stupid and start back up too heavy, too fast, although my version of "heavy" is suspect. ;)

    :rofl::rofl:

    I do something pretty much every day, so more concerned with over doing, then dealing with a couple days of "noodle" arm and legs. "Plan" is to just do a single rep day today of everything at 70-80% of normal, then do a normal rep day at something higher tomorrow. Then get back into normal rotation.

    Same. I sent an email this morning and got an automatic reply that they’d respond to the email in 1-5 business days because they’re backlogged. It also said most orders are shipping in 5-7 business days. It’s been 9 business days (10 if you count the day I ordered as I placed it early). They seem to have product in stock as I went to check again and now all the color options were available. Hopefully we get our orders fulfilled this week

    i got one good section of lighting in the garage. Gotta move that Mirror for each movement. Only one neighbor has asked to come train and i don’t think he was being serious just starting a convo.

    Squats today @400 7x3. Juggernaut is going well. Few more weeks and I’ll been through the program. Knees are a little sore from logging 2, 4mile runs this weekend.

    Also, basement gym is moving to the pole barn soon.

    Pole barn was the best part of the house. 1 acre with a foreclosed rancher and a 24x48 pole barn. Been renovating it the passed 3 years and and I’m almost done, save for interior trim, two bathrooms, and a unfinished basement. Running power out to the barn for a gym and workshop.

    Sheet metal. The gyms going to be 24x16 and insulated with R19 with osb interior walls. Possible mini split for the winter. MD gets hot but not southern hot over the summer.
