I use Big Red adjustable jack stands. They have a locking pin you can put into them. I trust them.

I also have the Harbor freight ones that are recalled. I never trusted them. Sometimes you just know.

What are you going to replace the tank with, or did you just want to get the guts? I need to replace my tank. The neck is super cracked and falling apart.

So what a trip. Yesterday when rotating my tires, i realized 2 of my rims had lost the balancing weights. Well i was short on time cuz i needed to get to 2 parties so i said fuck it. Hopped on the freeway and boy does she ride great. Smoothest she has drove since i started modding her. Im mind blown. Lol. So one up front and one in the rear are mossing weights

I think I may have misspoke after trying to find one of his videos. I think what I found of his were some pictorials of setting up some people’s gears instead. I’ve watched so many YouTube videos on the subject now that I can’t remember where what came from.

Rear Half finished. Not going to lie, looks pretty good. I'm curious to see how well this will hold up over the year. After I got the bed back on, did a couple test drives and filled up. Driving today, I now have a P0442 code active (Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak) ). Wish that would of come up while I had the bed off and hadn't returned the engine hoist already

Yeah, the neck was on life support on mine. It was cracked and leaking. Plus I need the room in the wheel well so now was the time to do this.

I am going to try to do what Ben @m3bassman did. I am looking for the right bottle to use now.

they are labeled Interstate, but I believe they are a notch down of real interstate quality.
I have one in my taco now. Had to return to Costco once for low charge. Costco doesn’t test. Just refund $$ so you can buy another.

Added a simple little loop while I had the interior out, now the CB antenna won't flop off its perch when I'm not using it.
