If you can’t get them to warranty a $10 plastic “T” God help you if the $4000 transmission starts acting up lol.

This isn’t even an issue. You calmly and firmly demand the grill gets fixed at the closest dealership. If the service advisor says no you calmly and firmly demand to speak to the GM. If he says no you send an email to Toyota corporate and CC the owner of the dealership. Then you post an honest review on google. And so forth.

It’s so simple a caveman could do it on his coffee break.
