I mean, one incident doesn't always conclude that, but so far the communication is lacking. They at least had a bike and got it out to him.

 

This is true. They did get it to me way faster than specialized did. I just like the specialized better. Just to clairfy, when i call im placed on an hold from the system for a rep to talk to me. But after being on hold for 10-20 mins at a time the multiple times ive called i just gave up. They like many other bike makers are overrun with orders and customer calls.

 

yeah, in these times you can't give up haha. it's amazing how slammed the bike industry is because of covid

 

Yeah, the Covid has put a damper on a lot of businesses.

 

lol I wouldn't call this a damper. my LBS said their bikes in for service are up like 500%. too much business almost.

 

It’s hurt a lot of businesses, but have skyrocketed others at the same time, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.

 

I'd be curious how the credit card company goes about this, they would ask you for proof of reaching out to them I'm sure.

Send an email to diamondback Matt, wait 1 or 2 days if no response then do the CC dispute

 

Specialized was the one that got "lost". Ordered the DB, it showed up. Specialized never did show up, but ANOTHER Specialized is showing up that is better for him than the DB.

 

Paypal was used

Already posted it there. Lots of folks want to trade. Anybody want a Necky Dolphin kayak with a rudder, padle and seat. Guy wants to trade for it but id need to get 500 out of it if i were to do it.

 

Its a good page. Lots of good info from folks on trails and rides going on.
