Yeah at this point I'm 99% going as planned. Right now it shows rain Friday but clearing up overnight, scattered on Saturday, and sunny on Sunday morning. So a typical Pisgah weekend.

hopefully your local weather is more accurate haha! weather channel shows 80-90% thunderstorms during when we'd ride, Friday afternoon and SaturDAY

There's 100% chance we will be riding in the rain at some point during the weekend. And if anyone is not comfortable with that I'm sure not going to give anyone grief for not wanting to come.

At Pisgah, one has to always look at the hour by hour (or radar) report to find that ride window. The trails drain really well. Don't let the chance of rain discourage you from heading out. Plus, if it does rain hard enough to prevent riding, the waterfalls will be roaring!

I'm 99.9% going. I have the luxury of being out of work for a while. Gives me quite a bit of flexibility .

It’s spring/summer in the mountains. If you’re not ready for an afternoon thunderstorm then well... that being said it’s different if you’re looking at an entire weekend of rain

I’m heading up tonight to my house in Asheville, so I’ll be there. A couple others are coming in Friday morning to ride Kitsuma around 10 or 11.
