Interior trim pieces

I know it's here but can't find it and can't remember the technical name. I need to remove the grey plastic door sill and the kick plate on the driver's side. I think these are the correct terms. I'm running some wires for an under seat sub. Do these pieces just pop off ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

 

Yes, pop the door sill off
Then pull off the dead pedal piece of plastic in the left of the drivers floorboard, and there is a plastic screw-on piece holding a tab of the kick panel. Unscrew that and then the kick panel pops off

 

Should of just PM you lol thank you. You are the audio expert. Forgot about the dead pedal. It just pulls off.
