Unfortunately not. I haven't jumped for probably 2-3 years, only 80 jumps. Those we're back in the days where I'd take 6months off, sleep on couches, smoke and do dumb shit. The good ole days.

 

Ha! Only 9 jumps here, didn’t finish AFF course and that was when I was also young and fearless lol

 

I miss aff days. Instructors are so insanely skilled. I'd go on weird slow days and the plane would be empty. I got to do more and more fun shit because my instructor started to know me and gain confidence in my ability. It's fucking fascinating their laser like precision. Dumping your main with the instructor on his back giving you a thumbs up as he falls another 2k feet. Ahhhhh. Fuck!

 

If my f’d up back wasnt f’d up I’d jump again one more time for the hell of it!! Not another thrill like it!

First one was tandem out of Hollister and then California City for aff.

Just Dave Stewart was the JM for the tandem. Had a few for aff, that I don’t remember.

No, just with an instructor. I would barely get a jump in every month and I was new in my career and end up not having time to finish and go solo.

 

You can’t possibly be old enough to qualify.

 

I packed my own brand new Areodyne main one time and I could NOT get it in the bag. I managed to finally get it half assed in and the container shut. Buddy hits me up to jump and I'm like alright I'll just get it re-packed before we jump. Welp, that never happened. Scariest opening ever lol. Trap door, line twists and everything haha. All worked out though
