    You just need a hole to retain suction and then drop let go once you pull the sand plug up. This is for razor clams though. Horse clams you just dig a couple of feet.

    They just opened shrimping up in front of everett last thursday but only for 1 day. Crab usually opens around 4th of july and if youre going to dig clams you might want to wait for the fall because of red tide that occurs during the summer that can kill you.20200611_093604.jpg

    Yeah I'm really bad with electrical and haven't had a reason to get lights yet. I'm sure by the winter I'll find an excuse and maybe a decent deal on some by then.

    Always jealous of those who manage to get out and go shrimping on that one glorious day.

    Clamming during the summer is always hard because so many beaches close down because of the biotoxins. That's why I'm trying to go out sooner than later before it really warms up.
