Probably. I'm curious what it will run. There's probably a "this doesn't make sense" point, but I'm curious what the price will be.

On an unrelated note, I somehow managed to lose my laptop computer mouse. I haven't a clue where it went, and I've been ripping apart the house for most of the afternoon to no avail. It's a big item to simply lose. I'm usually pretty good at not losing anything, so it's frustrating, to sale the least.

There are a lot of dirt roads right there in the Plymouth/Wareham area near Myles Standish park with trails right off of them. You should check them out.

also I’m an idiot. Freetown Fall River state forest is near you. There’s some trails there nothing crazy. I’ve never been but heard a few people talk to them. I think they’re mostly fire roads though.

So Apples new update is for the contact tracing...you know that super, super, super unconstitutional tracking of everyone instantly?

I've been denying it every day and have auto updates turned off.

Woke up this morning, with the new updated OS. Gave no permissions, and was not asked, did it while I slept.

Funny, this is the first update where they don't tell you what's changing when you click the link either.

Have phone appointment with Apple, demanding they put it back or replace the phone. Who knows if that will work at all, but it might be the end of my time with iphones.

This is why I've always hated Apple. They don't last long and everything is so inclusive, e.g. the lightning cable. Work pays for it though, so its hard to justify having to make a payment on a Galaxy. Cell phones/social media will be the death of us.

Going to be looking at switching out to one of these today:
    https://www.verizon.com/basic-phones/dura-xv-extreme/

It can do email, which is the only "smart" feature I really am interested in. Waterproof and drop proof. Sounds good to me.

yeah I have a work phone and it gets upgraded every 2 years and I get to keep the old one. So, I just use the new one for myself and keep the old one as the work phone for another 2 years. o_O

but yeah if it was my money I wouldn’t be buying apple. The EU said okay everyone, enough is enough, standardize the charging ports because all this e waste is getting out of hand. USB mini it is, thou shalt use usb mini. Or micro I can never keep them straight.

Apple said no. They make enough from proprietary chargers that they can pay the penalty. So that’s a load of BS from them. Since then I’ve not been a fan.

But same boat. Work pays for it, and if I have two phones at least using one charging cable between them makes things easier in the truck, at work, etc. and the newest phones (which I don’t have, I have an SE and a 7 :D) have usb C so they’re starting to get a little better. But still, that move made me not a fan.

    Happy Thursday y’all.
