I'd definitely do the $140 bypass.

Been driving the Samurai around all day tuning it. I had a few spots at wide open throttle that was a bit rich I got fixed and did a few timing adjustments in a few spots. All the Air/Fuel ratios look good, just need to get on the dyno to find where I need to set the timing for the most horse power and torque

It wasn't too bad, I enjoy doing it, drove about 100 miles recording Data Logs.

Hopefully. I'd really just like it done before the end of Sept when I head back out to Moab. It's not a "must have", but it would be nice :D

There was (1) 4.7 Tundra with a million miles on it. It was owned by a delivery driver working the oil fields and serviced by the dealer regularly. Toyota traded the owner for a new Tundra and took the engine back to Huntsville and it supposedly still made passing numbers on the dyno and showed minimal signs of wear.

The 4.7 is one of the best engines toyota has ever made. If they would of made it with chain and not a belt it would of been unstopable.
