Yeah, that’s the Victron controller that @tacotynan and I both run. Its been pretty solid! Not having a screen may be a turn off, but their bluetooth app and statistics are pretty cool. They’re decently small too, and easy to tuck up somewhere out of the way. Plus...I see an update pushed (via the phone) to mine once every couple months.

 

Kick ass, I hope to install it in the next few days. Just need.to get a T bracket for decking and use it for a mount off the battery.

 

6/16/2020 - The replacement tent material came in from GFC and so I spent a couple hours and replaced it. Was a pretty simple task. Can't wait to camp and see the diff!

06/17/2020 - Used a heat gun and decided to remove the rocker panel vinyl. It's been a long while and I forgot what BP even looked like without it. It's a much cleaner look and somehow makes it look longer lol

That's one way to solve the white stripe below the black bar. Looks better.

To protect against trail rash but keep the clean look, would you consider putting white vinyl on instead?

 

Morning Josh! So far I have 2 votes for remove and the rest are keep in terms of B pillar. I kind of like it but the vinyl is scratched nicely from all the right trails

Yes!! I think it would be a great idea! Maybe even matte white

 

Hmm tough call, both look good, kinda liked it more though with the wrap on.

 

I liked the wrap but I had to get rid of the little edge of white outlining it. I thought I could derp it but the color wouldn't match. I didn't want to paint it since that's Perm. I figured I'd just remove it and see whar happens next

 

I have lots of pins on my rig now, when I do a partial polish they mostly disappear but I typically don't worry about it any more.

 

That is gonna be on my list soon as well. BP could surely use it

 

I would think it would not show up as bad on the white....

 

It doesn't show much but I notice. .thinking of paying someone to do it for me. Just cut and buff basically

 

The Goat truck armor seems to be liked for some pin stripe protection. If you wanted something. I'll take the "character" from using my truck and dont really care.
