    Holy cow mortgage rates are awesome right now! I just called NFCU to ask about a refinance and they offered me 2.75 on my 30 or 2.5 on a 20... so if you’re above that everyone should be calling their bank.

    Yeah, SOLD signs on the lots in our 'hood are popping up like weeds. We have 2.75 on a 15, with 11 years left, so refi doesn't make sense for us, but it's a great way for folks to keep money in their pocket with lower payments, cut the term, or both!

    I need to replace a 60" wide french door with a 72" wide slider, same height. The french door was already a little messed up when we bought the place, but recently it has been deteriorating much quicker. There's some water damage on the left king and Jack studs; that was the motivation for going with a wider door. I would love to do it myself, but it is beyond my capacity at the moment.
