Hey guys I have the OEM roof racks on my truck and would like to remove them to sell or just toss. I bought the drip moldings (if that’s what they’re called) and the clips needed.

I’m waiting on my UpTop Overland rack to come in and would like to install the moldings in the meantime.

Can anyone tell me how it’s done? Is it obvious where the clips go once the racks come off? Im nervous of them flying off on the highway if I do it wrong and I don’t want to have to buy them again before the rack comes in.

Any pics or advice is greatly appreciated :)

I’m looking to get a OEM roof rack. Interested in a swap for my moldings?

Oops read the OP wrong. Thought you were looking for moldings. If you’re selling the rack let me know. Thanks.

It’s probably going to be a little bit until I actually do take them off so I’ll pm when the time comes.
