Any Canadians have any good links for the OEM tacoma bed mat in Canada? Shipping is ridiculous on Amazon.. and most USA sites dont ship to Canada..

From the link that you provided, $26.97 shipping for a heavy item like a bed mat that costs $275 doesn't seem ridiculous to me: https://www.amazon.ca/Genuine-Toyot...s&qid=1592408753&sr=8-44&tag=amazonquery05-20

Whoops i didnt even mean to attach a link i literally typed out the word 'Amazon' and it linked lol. But youre right i guess its not the shipping thats too expensive.. however Americans can frequently get bed mats for $80 with free shipping. even with the exchange rate thats not a $275 mat... and its the same part number...

Have you tried your local dealership?

Or maybe time for a road trip?

Thats why its taking me forever to do mods. Way to freaking expensive here. 2.5 times more than the states. Plus we pay crazy amounts for shipping sometimes.
    :annoyed:

My 2 husky floormats came out to be 250... great product but man...

I picked my bed mat up for 120 plus tax at the local dealer in Kitchener Ontario. Would say just go there. Only took a few days to come in too.

Where in Canada are you? I get to Quebec every other month (I am in NY) and could perhaps shuttle one over to you. I am pretty careful about what I bring over the border and back but if it were something like a bed mat, I could lay it in the back of the truck and it wouldn't be a problem. Of course, when this Covid thing gets under control -- if it ever does. I will say, however, I bootleg as much maple syrup as I can on my return trip.

Side note for my Canadian brothers and sisters. There is a group here that they call the Northeast Craigslist express. I watch their threads and those guys are an incredible well-oiled supply chain machine. They move stuff from Virginia to Maine handing it off along the way. Someone should make a documentary about it, really. I bring that up not because they would go to Canada but if you look at your thread, depending on where you are you could create something like that for basic things like bed mats, floor mats, etc. Might be worth looking into and saving you a ton of money in the process. Just a thought.

Thats a pretty brilliant idea for the supply chain actually! I am in Manitoba so unfortunately your generous offer isn't of much use for me! Appreciate it tho! Make sure you're getting some of that poutine when you're in Quebec! ;) I ended up calling the parts dept at my local delaership and they can get my bed mat in for $140 so i guess thats not too bad!

I bought a used F150 mat and cut it down to size.

P.S. I am also close to the border. I have some stuff shipped to the UPS store in Ogdensburgh NY, and take a 45 minute drive to pick stuff up.

I am also in Canada. I went to the dealer and talked to the parts guy when I picked up my bed lights. I ended up walking out with a factory bed mat. I think I paid $120 taxes in. Check your local dealer first

Toyota Canada website has it listed for 140$ when you do build your vehicle. Maybe shop around some dealerships.

I bought mine from my local dealership while heading for an offroad trip, I could hear stuff rolling around in the back and stopped in on the way and they happened to have one left. It's not something that folds or compacts so hard to get "cheap" shipping.

Glad it worked out for you. Any time I want to buy an OEM part online I let my local dealer know. Usually they will price match but I have to pay the local sales tax (which in NY is a swift kick in the you know what). It is not too bad.

I've eaten my fair share of poutine ... dear god it can be delicious. Hope to get to Manitoba soon. I was in Calgary for Nov / Dec and loved it.
