Was throwing around the idea of a small 9-12k diy mini split to just heat the gym portion. $750-1000. Not trying to upsize and heat and insulated the entire thing. I’m fine working in the cold in the shop, just not while lifting. Building a interior partition wall to separate the spaces, with a insulated 8’ sliding barn door.

Deadlifts today. I am really liking pulling beltless. In the past it would destroy my lower back but now that I have some real core strength it feels great. Did a top set of 2x2s around 75% and they were flying up.

DIY epoxy might be cheaper, plus you can just spray it out. Whatever works tho

Is benching body weight harder for women due to a genetic thing or is it just that they don’t push themselves? There’s a group of 4 chicks taking turns benching 60lbs and a camera for the gram and I’m genuinely curious

Shiittt. They take forever. Like an hour just to do their sets on one exercise.
