When I was going through the process, you could join if you were DEP (Delayed Entry Program) and signed your paperwork.

Carbs and protein. Lots of it. Double your intake. Drink milk. Lift weights.

 

You don’t want just fat it needs to be a good gain or it can put stress on your body. You can get weight gainer protein powders that should help you put on that 10lbs pretty quick. You also need to make sure you’re working out while doing this so that it becomes muscle mass quickly.

You don’t want fat you need to get in a heavy lift regiment with a good diet of lean protein, high good fats, and good carbs low in sugar/salt.

No chemically enchanted “supplements” show up in urine just blood test to my understanding.

 

Yep and, at least in the Army, UPL needs to specifically test for illegal supplements, not a regular piss test.
