Sounds painful

 

It was, i stepped over a barrel at work rolled it and fell while wearing a hazmat gear. Guys thought i broker it but thankfully i didn't.

 

Got the rest the week off?

 

Nope i got tonight and tomorrow night off.

 

Suuuuuuuck that, did ya pull tendons or ligaments??? I did that a couple times in ball games coming down on a defenders feet. One time it was the first half of my very next game back after missing 2 weeks to the same damn rolled ankle..... painful as a mofo man. Hope yours isnt too bad

 

No fortunately neither happened. I might have gotten lucky cause i fell with it plus wearing stupid thick boots helped. My ankle didn't roll to far but still enough to swell up. It does suck and hurt. But i been icing it and keeping it up.

 

When i played volleyball we use to use a vinger soaked rag on are ankles when we rolled them. Seem to help well

 

Alcohol works to as it dries it pulls the heat out of you. Also if you drink it it numbs the pain. 2 different types of alcohol but it's still alcohol

 

We used warm apple cider vinegar as a wrap

 

But alcohol is more fun
