So I was filling my truck at the local KwikTrip when I got asked about my Wisconsin Edition Tacoma... and here is what I said: You get a fancy decal.

    20200617_194010.jpg

You get Seat heaters for all four seats and a machine gun option.

    20200617_194108.jpg

You get the anytime rear camera and the 2 Lo package.

    20200617_194102.jpg

You get a light in the center cubby for those long dark winters.

    20200617_194119.jpg

You get color matched mirrors with puddle lights, turn signals and heat.

    20200617_194042.jpg

You also get the mother of all spot lights as well as under hood lighting, under tonneau cover lighting, a 3" lift and the Hedge Hog towing mod...

    20200617_194202.jpg

    20200617_194027.jpg

You also get the privilege of knowing that it is the only one there is...

You could have worked cheese into that explanation somewhere.

I'm from Racine but sadly my Taco has yet to drive on a WI road. Might have to take a trip up there to putz around in the woods.

My daughters helped make that happen. We came up with several iterations, but Buckey won out. Had TW's cboy808 make them for me.

I'm thinking you need to install a cheese fridge.

Did I see a color matched carona mask in there, that really caught my eye. Very nice & critical option.

    Okay... cubby lights:

This is everything you need less some wire (I used 18g and connectors.)

    20200618_123449.jpg

Here they are so you can find them. Radio shack should have all of this stuff, but I ordered the LED's some where else.

The switch was a pain and I would put it somewhere else if I did this again. I had to modify it to fit there... I looked and said "that is a perfect switch location" but didn't check underneath before I drilled the hole... Had to use a grinder to narrow up the switch so it could go in there. I also modified the switch height by taking off the black nub with some side cutters.

    20200618_123533.jpg

Pull the plastic cover off of your shifter-it just pulls straight up (but clean the cup holder and storage spots first...) there are two screws right ther for the back cubby part. Then empty the cubby and pull out the carpet on the bottom. There are two 10mm bolts to remove and the whole thing tips towards the back and comes right out.

There should be available power down there-I had power to tap from the seat heaters I put in. If not run a power source and make sure you fuse it at 1-3 amps. I drilled a hole up under on the side next to the hinge for the wires to go through and just taped it on the edge in the cubby. Check your wire orientation befoe you button everything up as led's won't work one way but shine wired the other... and these were not labeled pos/neg.

Have fun. This doesn't take much time to do-3 hrs ish

    Thanks!
I think I have some leftover LED strips from lighting up my liquor cabinet. I wasn't sure which switch to get.
