Wheeler's Off-Road Coupon

I sent and email through their website and never even got a response. Guess they don’t really want to sell them.

I sent them a message about it and they replied yesterday, they said call them and they will honor the price but you’d be waiting a couple months to get them since hey are out of the bilsteins, I went to headstrong, they ship out in two days

 

They were going to offer 20% off the Bilsteins? That’s a pretty solid deal if your not in a rush. I didn’t think those fell under their brands that were on sale.

 

Bilsteins were part of a suspension package special they were running (link below). Package included other components, such as extended brake lines, leaf springs, UCAs, etc. The whole package was 20% off, no tax and free shipping. Pretty good deal. It was advertised on Wheeler's website for the first 3 weeks of this month and they also sent out emails to registered users stating that deal was supposed to expire at the end of the month. Not sure if they were short on inventory but for some reason they removed the "special" earlier than expected and prices went back to normal.

 

Correct. Just the Trail-Pro Kits. We pulled the sale from the site early due to stocking issues with Bilstein and those delays growing rather long for customers while still honoring the sale price via phone or email if someone inquired about it. Customers in a rush weren't happy about a 2 month delay after submitting their orders which is completely understandable. So it was best to help prevent that from continuing. With us being so backed up right now and glued to phones, emailed/PM'd responses can take some time. Were getting back to customers as soon as we can though. Double check spam/junk folders for responses too!

 

My stuff has shipped! Day behind but well. Shit happens. Least it’s coming. Look at this way. Least they are being honest about the situation! Rather have that then be stuck scratching my head.

 

I ordered mine on May 5. Still waiting.

Just called Wheeler’s. They contacted the people who they get parts from and got me the ETA of 6/22 to ship out my order. They were very nice and apologetic too.

 

what did you order? Mine is pushed back to July now.

 

Eibach Stage 1 with assembly. Just pushed out another two weeks. Might have it by July 4th... Wouldn't bet on it though.

 

I ordered their Trail Pro kit. It’s really a great deal but man it will be close to 3 months before I get it when all is said in done. They have charged me as well. I wonder if I should just cancel and get a refund. I have a trip to MOAB and I need my truck to be set up.

 

It is Eibach. They are way behind and keep pushing out deliveries.

I was already charged as well. But they are telling me sometime in July for the Trailpro kit.

 

Based on their previous post, it sounds like there are stocking issues with Bilstein. I'm assuming if you ordered something other than Bilstein you should get your order sooner. But don't quote me on that.

 

They say the only thing left on my order are the all pro leaf springs which is in back order.
