Agree. @Kevinamaya08, do not mention anything that would give the dealership the option to void your warranty. Be vague with what happened, tell them that you were driving down the road and things just stopped working (or whatever happened to you yesterday). Don't tell them anything about the lead up to why it may have broken down, let the technicians troubleshoot it.

 

also, from experience the toyota dealership in Bowie is full of shit, so pick one you like, but not them

If you're truck's still under warranty, I wouldnt take no for an answer. Your truck is super new so I doubt it's the clutch itself. Might just be something w the pedal, fluid, lines, master/ slave cylinder, etc.

 

Antwerpen in Clarksville is hit or miss. Took the truck in for a 10k service and found 3 or 4 scratches on my driverside, rear door when I got home. They initially denied it until I showed them the inspection paperwork indicating there was nothing there prior to the service.

I would completely avoid Heritage in Catonsville.

 

Took it down to koons Toyota in Annapolis. See how it goes

Got word back from dealer. They said clutch is destroyed. They sending pics to warranty department see if it’ll be covered
