    It's not really that personal. I'm just wondering for conventional loans if there are any actual employment verification that happens besides asking for pay stubs and bank statements.

    Surge brakes are awesome, until the system fails by time or overloading your trailer and blowing the seals out of the piece on the tongue and you weld it so it doesn't move and you don't have brakes on said trailer any more.

    Well yeah but all that's pretty standard.


    I'm just trying to figure out when we buy a house if I can time my farewell to work correctly to not impact a loan. All of a sudden getting a payout on my PTO dropped into my account would probably raise red flags.
