Could be just a sea trial. But the interior has a lot of painters tape for future cutting. Look at the console and you
can see some orange tape for cut outs. I saw a lot of tape on the floor of the boat too. I'm pretty sure interiors are
    done before most sea tests.

Looking at a 2006 Key West 1720 Sportsman, with a 60 hp yamahama 4 stroke. nice, clean, is a 60 enough ass to be happy ??? Anyone have opinions of Key West boats ? This will fit in garage, which is why I cant go much bigger at all. 1150# dry weight

the 2020 model specs say 70-90 recommended, 120 max

growing up we had a starcraft aluminum 18 foot center console with a 70 johnson, seemed to do ok...

Got pics of boat? The glass boat will be heavier than aluminum and I don’t feel the 4-stroke 60 would be enough motor tbh. I had a 17’ SeaPro bay boat before this current one and it had a 115 on it (max hp) and I wouldn’t have wanted anything less.

Get a couple people in it with gear and beer and it’ll feel a lot heavier.

    I could be wrong though...:D

Found it. That’s a sweet boat...looks clean too. Maybe take it for a spin and see how it feels. It’s not going to be a rocket ship with that 60 on it but if it’ll get you and couple people up on plane and maintain a decent speed, you’ll be good.

Naw they do initial sea trials not fully completed. JistCJust makingumaking surehsure alltall theWthe systemsasystems are good. watch all the big sportfish builders they are still a couple months out from completion at the time of their first sea trial. I follow Freeman really closely.

I lost the Mayo I got off Amazon. I’m down to like three tablespoons of the old stuff. I’m mad. Ordered a bunch of shit then got our floors done and I’m missing a bunch of packages.

not a rocket for sure, but thats ok. Agree, looks clean and cared for. I would definitely take it for a spin and see is she's adequate. Can always re-power in the future right

Definitely can...and that Yamaha should have a little bit of resale value on her.

^this. My 17’ 8” boat is light and does great with a light load... it feels sluggish with 4-5 people and it has a 90hp Yamahammer.

we're running a 20' key west right now with a 150 on it. its a 2003 boat and motor and both are still in really really good shape. we had my family on it (4 fairly decent sized people and a kid) and you definitely feel the extra weight. takes a bit to get her heavy ass on plane.

Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.

Bummer. What could rectify that situation? And who steals mayo?
