Do u have to run power into the mirror for the white part to turn on?

 

I never did try to hook it up, not because I thought it was difficult but because I wasn’t interested in that function.

I’d assume yes because they are to function as drl- so assuming you’d have to tap into that to get that feature to work

White and/or amber. It’s amber for the turns as normal and if you wire up the additional wires you can get the white to come on as a drl (so a switchback). I didn’t ever hook up the drl/white because I didn’t want that function… so the white leds have zero hrs.
