So I called procharger and talked to a tech. Kit is priced around 6-6.5k. It makes max boost at redline like you would expect from a centrifugal supercharger.
Important for Californians and other carb nany states:
They are in the process of getting the kit tested. In order to get carb approved sticker when it passes you must purchase the full kit not the tuner kit. So not going to be able to save any $$$ there sadly. They are hoping for approval in 6th months but he said it should not take longer than a year.
Looks like I am going to be stacking some $$$ or maybe a group buy will guilt trip me into purchasing early lol.

I have been following that new setup for the control arms with great interest. The turn off for me though is the amount for work involved to get it done and the fact that there seems to be a major lack of welders in the Bay Area. Jerry is an awesome welder and willing to do anything you ask of him but he never has time because he is so busy.

I’ll take a guess and say sound. Prochargers are loud.

I’ve read the Procharger kits are very easy to install and uninstall for those that are really inclined to save money.

If you can manage to save all the relevant parts, you can easily sell the Magnuson kit to get some of your money back.

I'm the guy getting the kit put on by procharger as mentioned by torspd. If you guys have any questions I'll try my best to answer but I'm no mechanic. I brought my truck up on 6/15 and they said they were going to start the installation today. I was at 206 horsepower for the baseline dyno and my truck is a 2007 DCSB Sport with the tow package and automatic transmission. My kit is the black powder coated head unit with helical gearing. They have installed 2 kits on these trucks and they are doing one on a 2011 right after mine. As far as I know I'm the only one of the four on tacoma world and I will be happy to take videos, pictures, all the fun stuff if requested when I get my truck back

For one, they are local, so possible repairs can be done. Not the same with the rotrex. If done, you have to purchase a new one.

They just put that price on there. I have a $55/month unlimited plan. I can get it washed every day if I want.

At that price I’d be paying about $150 per wash. Are there sexy naked girls washing it? Get a happy ending with each wash?

Some of them might be into some extracurricular activities, depending on what you're offering.

Yaaasss. And those sumbitches (Harrop) told me they had their own 1GR TVS1900 based blower in the works. That's the one I'm really interested in.
