    Hello All,

    I’ve been snagging tips from this site for years, but have never created an account.

    I didn’t expect to keep my 2009 4 banger for long. I bought it new as an economical commuter that I could also take to Home Depot once in a while.

    Eleven years and 130,000 miles later, I’m thinking I might just keep this little truck awhile. It’s made countless dump runs, yanked out a few stumps, hauled enormous amounts of mulch and gravel and horse manure and just keeps ticking. And my dog likes it a lot. In 130,000 miles I’ve replaced the tires and front brake pads once, changed the oil regularly, serviced the transmission once, and that’s it. I had a mysterious rattle that dogged me for awhile. Turned out my spare tire needed air - never had checked it - and that caused it to rattle a little bit.

    Anyway, thanks for adding me!
