    Got the countertop sealed today. Probably drop it on the cabinet tomorrow. Now I'm just waiting on the new high tech magical gasket for the Kamado Joe.

    Wife made Mississippi chuck roast tonight and it’s great. Seared it on her pit boss pellet cooker and put it in the crockpot to slow cook.

    Actual 1.5" x3.5" is what we call a "2X4". If you find boards from 1920s its actual 2X4

    2x10 is actually 1.5x9.5. Lumber companies have a 1/2 inch of error and they use it to their advantage.
