So I didn't see 04B41 (yes, 41 not 14) for MT in the 2.0 final list. Guess I need to wait to purchase until that gets done?

Same here. Flashed to 2.0 REG SFOB OL on 2017 DCSB PRO 04B14 yesterday afternoon

Only 50 or so miles in but oh boy does this feel great. Holy ****....:bananadance::bananadead:

    Tip in is magnificent.

—1st gear actually feels like a full gear (more full at least)
—2nd is a real mean son of a bitch now
—3-5 are actually useful gears between 1,200-2,500 rpms when needed - thank christ
—6 is still kind of useless unless coasting at 80mph but that’s expected

Eager to see for myself if there are changes in mpg, and for the tune to settle in.

Thanks @OVTune you are a legend and the wait was more than worth it. Props to you for building something that truly changes the experience of the truck, and for putting up with the 73,000 posts scattered with BS. :crapstorm:

Looking forward to seeing your business reach new heights!! Wish you all the success. :dancingbacon::militarypress:

Hey guys. Maybe you can help me with this. I was one of those whose laptop shit the bed recently and had to get a new one. I had flash manager and vf running on the old rig. I have gotten a new reg key from Mat for the new system ID and I can flash p5f. But I can no longer register my vf software. I keep getting this error.
    Annotation 2020-06-19 095207.jpg

I have contacted the OV guys but they sent the same key back and it still doesn't work. I don't know if it's a vf server issue that is rejecting the key or if I need to tweak a registry key or something. Anyone else have this problem or am I just lucky?

I think the other significant error problem was that the username cannot have a space in it? Are you using the same user info from the last installation?

Yeah Tony, I checked that too! It seems like something on the server side to me. I was able to see my credits before so I know they are available on the server but I have no idea why it won't accept my key. I didn't know there was an installation limit for the vf tuner?

    Bummer.

There is no install limit. It was said to be completely portable. Although for the OG Flash Kit and Tune Pack crews, we still have the maintain the REG file / System IDs.

It sounds like you need to reach out to OVT. Probably send along as much info as you can?

I have done that twice now with screen shots. I feel bad because I know how busy those two are! Anxious to dig into the 04B31 tune pack. This 2.0 'final' is outstanding!

Sorry about that. You might want to load up just vF on another computer and retest the Master Key? It should work anywhere.

For 04B31, the files are P5F only right now. You don't need vF to flash. You can use the OG FM to get you by:

Yeah I flashed the p5 as soon as I got the email! Love it.
Tried to install vf on my desktop. No dice - same error. Has to be a server issue right?

Yeah. That would be my guess. I'm out of ideas otherwise.

    I'll check on server status.

Our *massive* TCU parameter update will be releasing first-second week of July for 16-20 AT Tacoma.

I just wanted to add in how much I'm enjoying the premium FOB tune on 93 octane. I may switch to ethanol free or 87 blend to see if i can feel a difference. I gave it quite a bit of hell and still had my best tank of gas so far at 19.1 mpg. I am only 400 miles in tuned. tune paired with adm on my truck makes it much sportier and fun to drive. It was exactly what i was looking for. I still have to get used to the pedal and how to get smooth in first gear but everything else is perfect. I LOVE all the added power from 1500-4500. Ive also done a few 6500-7000 rpm shift which is pretty fun. Too bad 3rd goes all the way to 100mph lol.

I only made it to 5k miles on this truck before ADM and the tune. I seriously wouldn't have kept this truck if it weren't for those two modifications.

I think the regearing would make this truck about perfect, that and maybe a steering wheel extension.

Also, if vftune is ever able to engage the locker in 2hi I will be going through extra rear tires.
