Any good fathers day sales going on? Need a new helmet and gear.

I haven't been keeping a close eye on any sales but it looks like competitive cyclist and evo are both doing father's day sales. don't know quality of sales or items on sale. :¯\_(ツ)_/¯:

 

Would definitely like to have people to ride the park with. I have one friend who rides MTB, but he lives in Santa Monica, and has a new fiancee he is totally enamored with, so its tough to pull him away and get him to go riding with me lol, so I'm most often riding solo. It'd be cool to get up there and meet up!

 

bring it on man. I work Fridays and sundays, and I’m pretty dead on Saturday’s, but I’m completely free Monday through Thursday.

If you wanted to make the drive up, Brian Head is an hour north of St George and opens next weekend, and is a pretty fun park. Could hit that one day and then hit Thunder Mountain the next before driving home.

 

Any chance you're free next saturday, the 27th? I'd have to confirm, but I don't think I have plans currently, and would love to head up for a park day.

 

That would be an awesome trip, doable in a weekend... if I can get the schedule change at work I've been pushing for, I could head up after my morning shift, and be back Sunday night without any time off work...

 

The best part is just down the road from the bottom of Thunder Mountain...margarita stand

Since I've got it on the mind, Levitate laps Sunday morning? If we were at the top at 7, we could bang out a few laps before the crowd started developing. Wind doesn't look bad either.

 

I could be down. Supposed to MAYBE float the river. but 7 would be well before that. Let's do it. have you ridden it yet?

 

also....vertigo's new jump line additions just opened up.

 

I haven't done NEW levitate yet.

And yeah, I'd be curious to do new Vertigo too. Maybe as a first warmup lap before goingbig?

 

Yeah, I like doing vertigo first regardless. would be good to check out the new jumps.

best way i can describe the new levitate, they're mostly double rollers. anything that is a "gap" is really a small gap with a tabletop afterwards. I can tow you in if you want. Done it plenty times already. The scarier stuff is mostly all optional. I can give you a run down before we hit it.
