There's nothing to regart there. I did grab a jug of 303 protectant and will toss some on the next time I have a chance.

2019 and 2020 Tundra also lost their trans cooler. Toyota responded by saying that trans temps stayed within acceptable limits and was mostly unneeded. Hence they removed the tundra aux cooler to free up room in the budget for other improvements

FWIW....2/20 - build date, Mexico - build location - 2020 MGM OFFROAD 4x4 - it has the small air cooler right of center on drivers side.
OP, I hope you find a resolution.

I had the bonfire and it was awesome, just to small for me. I took advantage of the free returns and exchanged it for the Yukon. It's huge.

Wow! I like that a lot.

It looks like it works on the chimney method for charcoal. You can certainly get a nice, hot, and smokeless fire out of that.

You're probably good out your way, but I'd have to secure that over here.

I put out a game camera after there was a bear in the yard a few weeks back. So far there's been deer, opossum, racoon, bunnies, neighbor's cat, and squirrels. I was hoping to get a picture of the bear, and slightly worried I'd capture a picture of a roaming tweaker.

We have a growing bunny and coyote population near us even with the non-stop development. It's pretty cool. Some years, it is more bunnies, and some years, it more howling between packs.

    That is pretty cool though.

The 'game trails' of trash left by the peeps living in the woods is unreal. It sounds like a problem out your way also? That sucks.

This year is a big bunny year for us, lots of baby bunnies all over.

We're several miles from the areas with camps, they're closer in to town and well hidden in the woods. We do have some methy looking houses though not too far away. It's been quiet lately though.

We seem to be more on the coyote side this year?

Hopefully it stays quiet for you.

That would be an acceptable circumstance and it may also be the reason for OPs Tacoma situation. But it should be a fairly quick process for him to determine for sure what the deal is. He shouldn't get the runaround from a service writer or service manager. It should be as simple as "let me check Mr. Customer" and give him the info he needs in a bulletin. But instead the dealer tries to get rid of him as fast as possible with made up information. It's possible that this is because the information isn't easily available to the service manager or service writer. Or it could be that they don't have the proper training to find the information. Whatever the reason, OP shouldn't have to go in circles to get this information. They should be able to explain to OP why his truck doesn't have a trans cooler even though every other identical truck at the dealer has one. It shouldn't just be shrugged off. It's a valid question.

    Sorry OP.............:threadjacked:

The cap was $800 used and has a carpeted interior, a clothes hanger in the ceiling, a sliding/fold down front window, and more than enough LED interior lighting.

Then I have less than $200 into it with a new blacked out 3rd brake light, paint prep supplies, textured paint, new insect proof fiberglass screens, a new heavy duty seal and 6 new clamps. And of course my time doing all this myself (except removing it and installing it). The only thing I wish it had was windoors. I even tried to buy them for it but apparently, or so I was told, because it is a short bed I couldn't swap them out. I didn't pursue it.

A new color matched cap would have cost me $2400.

Later I plan on adding roof tracks so I can mount low profile solar panels for an auxiliary power system. I also plan on adding a dual power fan to one of the windows and a bracket system to the other window to mount a shovel, ax and fire extinguisher. I'm going to swap out the interior lighting for new LED RGB lighting that will tied to the interior cab lights. It will operate identically.

Wow. I got a couple quotes on bare bones canopies with the only options being side windoors and front slider. Solid contractor style or the dark windowed version. They were $3k pre-tax.

Full nope as that was getting into the pipe dream wedge camper category.

I like red LED, esp if I am in there at night. A single strip of that was pretty damn nice in my Softopper. I think you'll be happy with the RGB options.
