There are prolly some decent seafood markets in your area....stop in and talk to them they’ll steer u straight lol hopefully with a seasonal recommendation :)

If you like oysters they’re pretty great on the grill, just blast them till they open. I prefer raw but the grill is a good compromise for the never raw crowd

grilled lobster halves are awesome too lol

Skewer some raw shrimps with whatever rub/marinade/seasoning and grill em hot and fast maybe with some small pineapple or mango chunks. Serve with sweet chile sauce (Mae Ploy, etc.)

the window between underdone and burnt-shells-sticking-to-jerky-meat is very small so don’t turn your back on the grill lol. 2 parallel skewers thru the shrimps helps flip them cleanly

Cooked 2 racks, started at the same time, this one was stubborn; but oh my, well worth the wait.

My second brisket on my big green egg. It was as close to perfection as I could ask.

Our briskets right now are about $3.50 lb for the select. Primes are $7 lb. they have gone up. So this $1.97 brings them back to regular pre covid price
