Definitely worth a shot with a new allergist. My son had the prick test and came up strongly allergic to hickory trees and horses. Both kind of unavoidable here in Kentucky. Can't throw a rock and not hit a horse farm or a hickory tree where I live. The hickory was so strong that they recommended (and we're seriously considering) allergy shots.

With your symptoms, it's odd that you only reacted to one allergen. It might be worth asking them about doing the blood test that tests for IgE antibodies to common allergens.

We've got generic Xyzal out here at our grocery stores. It disappears from shelves pretty fast though (damn allergy taters!).

we happened to have Xyzal in the house so I switched to that today. So now I'm waiting to see if I'm experiencing the allergy headache or if it's just hangover. lol

IIRC the Xyzal is meant to be taken at night before bed ... probably outta check the label for alcohol warning?

I found a $50 off coupon for wine.com. Glenmorangie Signet was on sale for $197.... I've been dying to try it since hearing about from several of you on here, including @bvbull200 and @Bigdaddy4760 (I saw that Surface Tension experiment you did with it). For $147 I couldn't pass it up! Arriving Monday!

    :yay:

Hell of a deal. The cheapest I've seen it is 179.99 at TW here in TX.

It's super rich dessert to me... I can't handle a pour like @Bigdaddy4760 did! So good though, you'll love it.

We need OP to rename the thread "Favorite Whiskey and Allergy Meds?"

Interesting to see that allergy sufferers are all across the States. I thought that I could move off somewhere and my allergies wouldn't bother me anymore like they do here. Guess that's wrong :(

Hey I've got one of those too! Wife brought it back from Vegas. I may have to pour one of those next since she had me outside today changing her oil and attempting to swap her skids...

Turns out the nuts that are "welded" inside of the trans crossmember busted loose during a hit offroad or something... so I can't remove the aluminum RCI skids to replace with steel CBI skids... gonna have to bust out the saw tomorrow to get those bolts off of there.

I had the same issue with the front crossmember on this 4R. Had to CAREFULLY drill through to the top of it to barely squeeze in a nut below the radiator. So glad that radiator doesn't flex as much as it does on my truck otherwise it'd rub that nut and bolt end and possibly leak. I really need to cut out the metal there and burn in some new plates with nuts that are properly welded on... then I need my wife to stop hitting rocks so hard that they bust those welds loose!

I may need some help with that since I don't have a welder let alone the skills to fix it properly. Might just have to pay you a visit!

I'd have to plan out a trip with the wife to make it out that far, but it'd be great to see y'all. Hell we need to have a W.T.F. Texas chapter meetup sometime anyhow.

Got me some samples in today - not sure he wants to be identified so I'll just say thanks lost cornhusker! It's going to a rye weekend!

Also, after I attached the pic of the sample bottles I noticed the adds at the bottom of the page; cobalt blue boston rounds sample bottles. Are they using photo recognition to scan and place ads? Creepy.
