    Anyone know what may be up with my buddies car

    Context: 05ish v6 malibu or impala dont know dont care been sitting on jackstands for about a year supposedly the starter was bad so they removed it and took it appart never touched it again (i collected the pieces put it together and it was fine)

    After ghetto wiring it to get it to start it spewed atf out the back of it its not power steering

    After finding the trans dipstick it seems to be almost removed but put in place so im wondering if it was popped out when it started up or if it already out caused it to pour atf out
