My flash tool says 1.3.x (I think 1.3.2). You might be on an older ToyFlash.

Purge data and upgrade. (Or uninstall ToyFlash and install latest.

pretty sure this is the issue. If you install the new flash manager, you’ll be on 1.3.1. Or if you have vf tuner, you can open p5 from there and use 1.3.2

edit: damn too slow. @DES2009 beat me to it

Thank you gentlemen, for your help. Your suggestions were very helpful, and made me realize what I was doing wrong.

I had already 'purged local' and 'updated' twice, so everything was up to date. But, when I went to actually flash my truck, rather than 'Flash Now' from within Flash Manager 1.30, I double clicked directly on an old version of ToyFlash. Did not catch my careless mistake until you two got me back on track.

I sincerely appreciate your help. I've successfully flashed, and now look forward to putting some miles on the final 2.0 tune.

    Thanks........................ Frank

Should I run the 33" tire size tune if I'm running 31.6" tires? (265/70/17). Honestly not sure if I should use the stock tune or the 33, or what either will do for me really.

Interesting. I guess I'll try a stock thx / non thx. This tune w corrected tire size runs much like stock. To the drawing board I go.

I’ve been running the 33” tune with the same size tires, works great so far.

For my stock 19 (04B031), driving style and conditions, I loaded the premium stock tune. I do a lot of 40 and 65 mph. I noticed I’m just driving the truck and not thinking about how it drives for the first time, ever. I am not as concerned with performance as smooth drivability. The final seems to be a balance of both. I’m very happy. I bought the VF too and will keep an eye on the VF thread for 19 tweaks. I really appreciate the work OV put into this truck.

Similar feelings hear. No need to plan far ahead. Just drive and have fun.

sortof stock. 6112/5160, pro wheels and a tune.
so- reg/stock/thx file, with 31.6 wildpeaks.
600 miles, just did a 200 mile highway drive.
shifting- excellent, 6-5 shifting was dialed in, nothing crazy. smooth.
    throttle- that was good too.
gas mileage- 23.4 highway for the whole trip.
note- i am lifted, 265/75/16, sliders.
if i were on stock tires it would be even better, which is hard to imagine.

overall its dead on. there was a few bumps here and there that happen when resetting all the values, but that has slowly went away as normal.

edit- once i hit a few more tanks- i want to try the 33 tune with the higher shift points and see how that is
