The knob that operates the blower for the a/c and heater on my 11 year old 2009 Taco cracked and broke (pictured below). I tried super glue but it breaks when I reinsert it. Anyone know where I can find this part? Dealership?

You could always try the local salvage yards. The part wears well, so you can find them in good used condition, dirt cheap.

Googling "Tacoma climate knob" will surely get you a good result.

You don't want one from a dealer unless you want the whole control assembly.

    Same crap everyone else got
If I can find mine, I'll ship you one. I know replacing them is a popular mod, so post in the WTB section and i'm sure there will be someone willing to sell or give you one. I'm sure there is a bunch of us on here that just have them sitting a zip lock baggie in the garage somewhere taking up space.

When I had a tundra my ac knob broke. It was $6 from the dealership. I am sure taco knobs are sold alone as well.

Wow that’s hard to believe anything from the dealer is that cheap. A cup of coffee in the waiting room usually isn’t even that cheap!

I did the same. I have no light bleed around the edges like some of the reviews had claimed. I did add a sheet of plastic film to the stem before pushing the knobs on, though. two of them were a little wiggly without it and I couldn't get the OEM metal clips into the aftermarket knobs. After doing that they are tight with zero slop or wiggle and have a more premium feel than the OEM knobs.

I don’t think mine have light bleed but tbh if they do I don’t mind. They are a tiny bit loose when turning but nothing I bat an eye at for a $10 cosmetic mod

Ya all are amazing, thank you for the information. Think I’ll just go ahead and replace all 3 knobs.

Yes he is still with me. His name is Sprig, that picture was taken of him sitting next to my duck blind. He’s the best hunting Labrador retriever on the planet (just my opinion of course). He’s also the best trained, most obedient, sweetest, and the most affectionate dog I’ve ever had.
Btw that’s also a great pic of your dog. What breed of dog is he/her?

All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, j hooked waste gate
X2 on this mod. I did this on my old taco too. I also painted the back of the knob with a transparent paint to match the orangish back lighting of all the dash lights.
