Yep. I kind of worry about that. Many years ago, my cousin bought a 40 acre place like that. And build shops and barns. He has two kids. So he gave them an acre or two of land on the part that faces a side road helped them build houses. It didn't take long before the kids all split up. I didn't ask about how owned the houses. But they all sold. I would feel more comfortable if the part that I lived on was separate property to not get too close -- ya know.

Anyway, my boss who is really cool, suggested that I rent an apartment up in that area for 6 months and move up to see how I like it and look around for some property. I've been working from home since March and all it takes is a good fast internet connection for me to work. He told me the other day, to not even think about retiring for another 20 years or until he retires. He lives in NJ. Most of the people I work with are in NYC or FL. I can telecommute from anywhere.

    I've thought about this plenty.
Next time I drove by this business I'll snap a pic. But it's 4 containers, two side by side and two directly on top of those containers on bottom and staggered slightly.
I kinda got to see them build a lil bit every day because it's on my regular route. Turned out amazing.
Cheap land, cheap 'building', and do the labor yourself. No mortgage, no debt, live free. Have chickens and goats(black dog Lila:D) and huge vegetable garden and cultivate and find joy in living the way we were meant too.... I've gone whacko, off the deep end:D

Good to know. My kid and his GF are renting a good house in Rogers. Though, he recently told me he wants to get a place in the Bella Vista subdivision get into a gated community and golf course. Ya'll know that I'm not that domesticated.

Yeah excision is pretty hardcore edm.

Most people start super basic with like dead mouse or skrillex. Even Marshmello would be good to get into it.

It reminds me of the Bachman-Wilson House. @Blue92 did you see this place in Bentonville when you were there?
