I just bought the complete old man emu kit with added top plate spacer. Liquid metal gatlin rims 17" black, and good year duratracks... But there 265s got a deal I couldn't turn down. 900 for wheels and tires mounted. Word. Show me yours. I put it all together tomorrow and am having some anxiety on the look

But you have 265/75/16's I think those look fine but the 70's will look goofy IMO I had 265/70/16's with my 3" lift and it looked funny.

I'm pretty sure the OP has 17's...so there's not a difference between the 265/70/17s and 265/75/16s.

as long as you don't try to jack the coilovers way up beyond the 3 inches i think it will look fine, it will definitely be decent enough looking for you to wear out your current 265's and throw on something a little bigger later.

Nightster, that truck is rad, nice work. Its got to look better than the 245s ive got on the stock rims... This form rots my brain. I can't wait to put it together. Throw it in in salt lake, then its straight down to moab to test her out..! Pics soon

Yeah i understand what your talking about the outer diameter it the same but the side wall will look goofy IMO it's going to look like a street queen and seeing how the OP bought DuraTracks that's not the look he's going for. But I'm not a big fan of anything over 16's on Tacoma's thats just me unless you get big ass 38's or something like that.

Good deal but either sell the 265's and get the 285's. It will look so much better.
