Today makes day 4 out of the last 9 days I'm at the shop. Every thing is going good and a lot of works getting done today! Love spending time here in the shop.
@bvbull200 and @Mrprotaganist trucks are in progress!
@Bigdaddy4760 and @bvbull200 getting the preload set before it moves into its new home on Bryans truck.

Brakes replaced, first coil and UCA are in!

Smokes rolling pork bites and deer sausage are cooking and the briskets warming.


Lost power for about an hour that slowed down the work a bit but everythings moving along well again now!

@Kanyon71 well, all that time I spent yesterday is now for nothing. The case I got was supposed to have cables to connect to the mobo to control the RGB fans with more control. Well, it wasn’t included. I can’t get the front button that controls just the RGB portion to work either because I can’t figure out where the hell to put the “LED Switch” part to get power. So I’m taking it all apart, returning it and buying a different case lol

 

I'm trying to do something besides just sit here. Not much I can do today. Gonna need to head home soon and spend some time with my pups. They don't like when I spend so much time away but I can't safely contain them here and they like there a/c.

What kind of RGB controller? And case?

 

It’s a thermaltake view 27 ARGB. There’s supposed to be a cable that goes from the controller to the mobo but it wasn’t in the box. I also can’t get the RGB button on the case to work that cycles the colors. If I could get just that to work I’d be fine, but I can’t get it to work. Idk where to plug in the pin for it because my mobo manual doesn’t show anything for it and the case manual doesn’t even show that it has one!

Well ain’t that crap. At least it should go back together pretty quick the second time.

 

I ended up getting it figured out. Still can’t control with my mobo but I can change the LEDs so that’s good

 

Sometimes you need a controller between the board and the fans if they aren’t talking the same language.
