Can Any one could give me an explanation as to why Toyota said they couldn’t adjust the steering axis inclination, due to a 2inch lift?
The service technician told me that he couldn’t adjust it due to the lift. And that something could be bent that’s why he can’t adjust it, but he couldn’t see anything visually wrong with it to fact check that theory.
Is this something to worry about?

Do you have a driver's side lean spacer?
Did they lift off the turn table when they measured?
It's usually when you get up to 1 degree or more difference in cross included angle or cross SAI that indicates damage.

no I don’t have the spacer, never even noticed the taco lean till I joined TW.
Not sure. would it have made a difference if they did?

SAI is a result of other measurements. It likely just never re-registered properly after your alignment was corrected.

It can be an indicator of something bent, but usually all else is usually bent.

Big 3 are a Toe, Camber, and Caster. All 3 are ok and roughly where I would set them.

Typically I set them all, roll the truck back and start over to get the system to re-register the measurements.

Edit: you can also see your rear axle is slightly dog tracking to one side, not a big deal.

    Yes.
But it's typical to lose some SAI after a lift.

Our trucks have a relatively high SAI...
SAI kind works like caster for stability and return to center. It's why they are able to spec a lower caster number, avoiding problems associated with high caster.
If it doesn't exhibit good stability and return to center you can add more caster. But I suspect you will need new UCAs to get it.

If it drives good, go with it.

I saw that when I got the specs. I’m going to get a full alignment Monday to fix the issue. It’s pulling hard to the right. I have to fight the wheel to keep it going straight

Drives better before I brought it in for alignment lol I only brought it in because of the lift and I hit a pretty good size pile of dirt in a trail with my right tire while turning and threw Both cam bolts On the passenger Side 90 degrees to the left
