Bilstein 6112's. They are adjustable and come with coils.

My front end feels like its floating on the highway. Almost like dancing with out any shaking in the steering wheel. I thought shocks alignment, rack bushings would of fixed it. It all helped, but its still there, not as bad though. I was told to replace it ?

Have you tried pretensioning the steering rack?

Cool, what do you run on the rear? Is there a 6110 for rear of our tacos?

Deep in the heart of Humboldt social distancing where the tendrils of the internet do not reach well. Down in the SF Bay Area for Dad's Day then back out. Cheers

The last part applies to pretensioning but if you go that far have the bushings on hand to replace worn ones. BTW I would have never heard of you if it weren't for Kwikvettes call for other members to help you out.

Well, as odd as it may seem. I am considering the 5100 series for the rear. And yes there is a a few to choose from 4600 stock height, 5100 0 - 1.5" , 5160's 0 - 1.5" with external reservoir $$$. I havent seen a 6110 though

Oh I haven't either, I was just ass-u-me-ing/asking if their was a match for rear. Doesn't need to match.
I have heard numerous times that the 4600 is a more robust shock than the 5100.
You rarely hear of 4600s blowing but always seems to be a couple 5100s blowing. Don't know if that's because of noobs running them with new rear springs that lift the rear 4-5 inches, or what, but seems to happen more often than it should.

So you love the 6112 Billie assembled front coil overs then? What did you run before, the 5100s?

Thanks for the insight. Thats why I upgraded, a little over a year on the 5100's up front and both were leaking. I was only doing light off roading to, shes a daily driver so I tread lightly and still leaked. The rear, still stock shocks, 3rd pair actually and no major problems accept normal wear - spongy...

I'm glad you share your experience. I'll check into those 6112s. Where'd you purchase from? Happy with the service/purchase?

Yes the 5100's. If a budget wasnt the issue I would look into a full drop down kit because I am 4 w drive. Reality - whammo - lol I grabbed the 6112's and thought oh crap - I wish I would of gotten these in the first place. The 5100 are decent, but to stiff if you crank them up with the stock coil. Its like a low rider! But yeah, one of my buddies though the ranchos were nice at first but softened up quickly. I looked at after market but didnt feel good about the qlty unless I was dropping $$$. I grumbled at he price so the shop I trust gave me the 6112's at a decent cost to boot. If you dont lift the front, I can only imagine the ride quality - Cadillac lol

I live in sweet home San Diego and I use the Truck Shop in Miramar. The owner and his fathers knowledge is top notch. And yes completely satisfied.

Fuck my life...gonna have to rehome Mini Me, the one that constantly threat poses and strikes towards me.

He molted last night which puts him at one molt per month (4 molts in the last 4 1/2 months).

Here he was last measured at 2 1/4"

    20200620_230206.jpg

    20200620_230300.jpg

And this was the molt before that, 1 3/4" roughly

    20200514_215100.jpg

And the one before that, 1 1/4"

    20200328_134211.jpg

And before that after getting him when he was only 3/4"
