I doubt they're the cheapest, but I've used AQS in Sterling twice. They do go work.

Also look online for Ceramic Pro. They have a shop in Newington in I think. I don't know anything about the product, but they might be cheaper.

 

I used my mobile detailer to do my ceramic when I had my wrx done a couple years ago. Devin at Dominion Auto Detailing. I think he is a one man shop. He was recommended on this site by one of the NoVA folks waaaaayyy back. I've been using him to detail my vehicles ever since. He's probably not the cheapest around, but the quality of work he does is outstanding. You can really tell the passion he has for detailing when talking to him.

I catch & release all bass. I wouldn't eat anything out of the Shenandoah River anyway. Too much farm fertilizer and waste gets in it upstream. In fact, they just had a high e-coli warning issued last week due to it flooding so much the past couple of months.
Now when I trout fish in clean mountain streams, I definitely bring them home for dinner
