Bought a TRD OR. Does this frame look weird to you?

    The stuff that looks like like caulking beige/yellowish in color is toyotas' rust proofing. They started doing on 18s. Nothing to worry about.

    thank you very much for taking the time to snap some pictures. This is what I was after. Does it almost look a little dented there?

    from the 3 pictures posted on here, all of the frames look a little different in that area. Kind of surprising!

    When buying a used vehicle always ask the dealer to put it on a lift and then look at it closer than you did the shiny bits up top. Frame, suspension, fluid leaks, wheel bearings, damage, rust, brake/gas lines, hack jobs, etc, etc. I've never had a dealer refuse to do so and if they did i would walk..

    I spoke to the guy personally who is involved in the toyota campaign, when we were inspecting my frame. He showed me 3-4 areas where they added this yellowish stuff.
