Has it been my imagination for the color quicksand attracting birds to crap on my new truck? I never remember it being this bad with the gray/silver tundra i owned. Seems i'm constantly cleaning piles of crap everyday off all sides of the truck no matter where its parked.:crapstorm:

I have the same colour and can’t relate. My dark grey Tucson seems to get hit a lot more often.

Stop parking directly under things would be my advice.

I was driving with the sunroof open last week and a big pile of bird shit landed on the windshield, good thing I wasn't driving any faster.

Red, Black, and cement vehicles in my driveway and my cement Taco always gets the bird shit. I think it’s because Some birds crap over water, So the shiny, almost reflective truck fools them, since I keep it very clean.

Thank God I am not battling a robin like I was in war with last spring. Darn thing would spar with it's reflection in the back glass and then once I put mouse traps along the back of my cab on the tonneau cover the bastard moved to the side windows shitting and pissing the throughout the whole ordeal. Never knew 1 robin was so full of shit/piss. Finally a Walmart bag rubber banded to each side mirror won the war for me. This battle lasted just over a week.

As an owner of a silver taco, i'm gonna say it's your imagination. Birds like chilling on my prinsu I guess. It also isn't helpful that I have driven so little the last few months that I haven't bought gas since March.

I can make you a hell of a deal on a used cat. This baby's got claws on all four, teeth in the front, tail in the back. Sir, you will wear out a new set of tires looking for a better deal. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you no more bird poop on your Tacoma, no Sir, but I will say that bird will pay.

Cardinals love to spar with my side mirrors. Pecker marks and spit festival. I simply fold them in.
