    Man, that's rare nowadays. Really rare.

    Port of Texas City used to have a little quickie mart inside the walls. It was great when you were stuck working a long one. You could get anything you needed to make it through your shift.

    Unfortunately, it's been long abandoned, probably with the changes in MARSEC regulations over the years. The building was still there as of two years ago. Windows still boarded up and the two pay phones outside unused.
