Finally figured out how to make conventional pulls feel less terrible.

    1. Ask for help on truck forum

    2. let adductor heal

    3. pull sumo

I bet my ROM is like 2ft more than yours lol

But also I can't pull sumo anyway so who cares.

Long legs and tall means I have to pull like 3.5ft lol

Just about died today squatting. 375x1, 415x1 then 440 5x3. Got all my reps in but now my hips are tight as hell. Most weight and sets I’ve done in a hot minute.

I guess if my build is advantageous for anything, it’s deadlifting. Long monkey arms really help to shorten the ROM

Thats what my mother always used to say to me.

Easy 6 miler for me today.
I’m going to try to get to the gym tomorrow for the first time.
I’ve really struggled getting back to the grind on lifting. It takes zero effort or motivation for me to run but since COVID and surgery lifting takes more effort. I hope the ambiance of the gym brings the motivation back.

Still no gyms open here, continuing on with my sic bands workouts every morning. Sigh. My calluses have moved from the pads of my hands to the webbing between my thumb and finger from the bands...

I am building a gym when stuff comes back into stock.

Had my labs follow up today with my endocrinologist. He said lipids and everything are essentially perfect; however, my blood is getting thiccc. Hemoglobin and hematocrit are pretty high so I have to go get blood taken and dumped this week. After that he wants me donating every 6-8 weeks to keep it down.... Never knew being big and healthy would suck this much lol
