Took a quick look for those shackles. Pin diameter on them is 3/4". The hole diameter on the Demon Brackets is .905 so I'll need shackles with a 7/8" pin. With 1/32" of play I don't see a problem with fitment.
Now to find a decent set of shackles with 7/8" pins.

FYI the paint I used was Rustoleom Textured paint that I had left over from my HiLift and Recovery Tread projects.
Very forgiving, because of it being textured there is no over spray or orange peel visible once dry. You don't have to worry about keeping a wet edge like you do on most other spray paints. Once dry there is no start or stop visible. Nice stuff and matches the bed components perfectly. Need to grab another can to do my axe and shovel mount. Maybe I better grab a couple. TOMORROW! Seems like every time I find something that I like or that really works it gets discontinued. o_O

    Progress isn't always progress!

    Too many.
My boys helped me install the Total Chaos bed stiffeners, Mac’s chainsaw scabbard and expedition propane tank holder.

    Minor stuff.
I saw it on here and one on a completed Tacoma on Malone Toyota’s Instagram page and it’s exactly what I wanted. Only thing that sucks is my Baby Yoda and tacomaworld.com decals are now blocked by the cross bars. But it’s the price to pay.....

Had I not been prepared and pre-wired it when I installed my puddle lights, I’m not sure if I would want to go through the door boot again.

I was so glad I ran everything during the puddle light install.

In the end it was all worth it though.

Appreciate the update. Let me know where you get the new shackles so I know where to order when I'm ready. Thanks

I got my windows tinted yesterday. Today I took off the mud flaps and the front air dam.
