Isnt that a 29" tire
It was 29" when I measured it but lots of the tread is gone

just bought 31/10.5R15s. What is the in hard language (example) 245/75/16

need to know so I can enter it in the tire thingy that tells you the difference in mpg, performance, size, etc

mine are 265/75R16 on the stock rims.

no problems.

 

Are you sure a 15 inch wheel will clear the calipers?

its the stock wheel. Its a 16" but the tire is 15 so it can go deeper into the wheel

What are you talking about? The 15s arent gonna fit.

 

Uhhhhhhh, you're either confused, or you're throwing us off track with too many typos.

But NO 15" tire WILL EVER fit on your stock 16" rim.

15" or 16" is the diameter of the rim, and the INNER diameter of the tire must match or the tire won't fit on the rim.

*The first number is the nominal width of the tire in mm, approximately 285 mm at the widest point.

*The second number is indicates that the height of the sidewall of the tire is 70% of the width

*The third number is the rim size.

 

xxx/xx/16 will only fit on a 16" rim. they wont fit on a 15" rim. dont think inside outside just think of whatever the last number is. you are being way to confusing

Result:
31x10.5R15 = 267/76/15 -- or roughly 265/75R15.

But we'll say it one more time - either that is not truly a 15" tire - in which case those numbers are wrong, or it is a 15" tire, and it won't fit on your 16" rim.

 

Your tire is somewhere near a 270/75/15, 265/80/15. This is a rough estimate. The rims size is wrong for your truck!

You are being very ignorant. A 15" rim will not fit a 6 lug Tacoma and a tire that ends in /15 will not fit onto a 16" rim. Everyones mentioned this numerous time as well as given you great feedback thus far!
